BRIEF 

Fiit is one of the UK’s leading subscription home-workout apps. After a year of working out from home, gyms were reopening in the UK, running the risk that people would migrate back to gyms and quit home workouts.

STRATEGY

Gyms are perceived to be a much harder workout, so we needed to position Fiit as superior over gyms - but in a way that competitive people would see as a challenge.
